Our Approach to Senior Rehab Services
Sometimes people need a little extra help getting back to full health after a hospital stay. Fortunately, several of our communities house on-site senior rehabilitation centers that give our short-term residents the same level of care and attention as our long-term care residents. Whether it’s help for recovering from a brain injury like a stroke or a hip fracture from a fall, we offer rehabilitation services older adults need so that they can return home as quickly—and as safely—as possible.
Outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services we offer include:
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Speech therapy
- Skilled nursing care
- Medical care, health care, and wound care services
- Personal care services, such as assistance with activities of daily living
We also offer in-home care visits.
St. Andrew’s Rehabilitation Centers
Several of our senior living communities offer both inpatient rehab programs and outpatient therapy services. Staffed with a team of social workers, caregivers, physical therapists, health care providers, and other senior care professionals, family members can rest assured their loved one will receive the care they need at the following rehab center locations.
