A gift annuity is a simple, contractual agreement between one or two donors and St. Andrew’s in which you transfer assets to us in exchange for our promise to pay you and an additional income beneficiary (optional) a specific amount of annual income or otherwise referred to as an annuity. The annual income you receive is based on your age and gift annuity rates established by the American Council on Gift Annuities and are re-determined annually. Check with your financial advisor or St. Andrew’s Fund Development for current rates.
