a participating .............................. It's my observation that the on-site meeting allow our employees to save travel time and leave. Also, the research that the Eldercare Specialist provides is invaluable. Managers have told us that the less time employees spend away from the work site to take care of family needs, means the more time they have to devote to production. --a participating Manger of Work/Life .............................. The Eldercare Specialists has provided invaluable assistance in getting us information.
