As we enter into spring season, so comes a surge in home sales, many from retirees wanting to downsize and shrug off the hassles of homeownership for a vibrant retirement community.

Q: What can homebuyers do if they can’t sell their home right away?
A: We have them talk to their bank and get a HELOC loan or a cash out refinance. It’s a pocket bridget loan. It gives them some cushion room in case they can’t sell their home right away while they move into a villa or one of our apartments at the Willows.
Q:What are some other options?
A: Homeowners should take advantage of equity lines of credit because the rates are really low right now.Most importantly they should shop around for different banks. Different banks have different programs, so shop around.
Q: How does the Willows help people with the moving process?
