Senior Care Specialty Services: 24 Hour Live in Support

24-Hour Live-In Support is a choice for many who wish to remain in their own home. Often, the caregiver family does not have sufficient resources to meet all the senior care needs yet the aging senior is reluctant to move away from their home. For this reason, care is provided around the clock for the health, safety and well-being of the individual.

A clinical eldercare specialist conducts senior care assessment and identifies all the care needs.
A private duty nurse aide lives in the home and provides care, support, and friendship.
The family is kept well informed by frequent communication between eldercare specialist and the family caregiver.
The in home supports monitor all changes in health status reporting frequently to the clinical professional.
Contact with all providers when any changes of condition occur insuring appropriate health management.

24 Hour Live in Support: Nursing Care

Clinical oversight by a registered nurse
Medication Management, including set-up & reminders
Monitor vital signs
Wound & Ostomy care
Diabetes Management
Catheter care
B-12, Flu Shots, & Blood Draws
Home Safety Assessments

24 Hour Live in Support: Supportive Services

Assistance with bathing, dressing, & grooming
Light housekeeping, laundry, & meal preparation
Escort transportation to appointments or social events
Errands – groceries, pharmacy, etc.
Companionship & social support
Live-In Support – Safety & Support 24 hours a day

Each member of our dedicated staff is fully qualified, regularly trained, experienced, and professionally supervised by a registered nurse. Each Personal Assistant is carefully screened with competency tests, reference verifications, background investigations, and criminal record checks. All staff members are fully insured and bonded for the safety and security of the client.
